Condom Depot Return Policy
Unlike some online stores, we will NOT re-sell any items that get returned to the Condom Depot. All returned condoms are donated to local HIV awareness programs or destroyed. However, we strive for a great overall Shopping Experience and want to keep our customers happy. We are pleased to offer the following Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return all or part it to us within 30 Days for a Store Credit or Refund (Minus Shipping Fees)*.
In the event there is a mistake with your order, missing or damaged products, we will happily refund your original form of payment or reship your order.
*On quantities under 100 Condoms. Wholesale / Bulk Orders (Orders containing 100 or more condoms) can not be returned. In the event of a mistake with any Wholesale / Bulk orders, we will gladly refund your original payment method or reship the correct product.
Returns of Vibrating Toys / Massagers Due to FDA regulations, local health Codes, and most importantly the safety of our customers, all Sales for Massagers or Vibrating Products are Final. If you receive a defective product, or received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product for an Identical Working Unit or refund your purchase upon return. You must have the original packaging and you must call us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

We will quickly issue a Return Authorization # (RA#) and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.
YOU MUST CALL FOR AN RA# FIRST. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.
All items returned to CondomDepot are inspected and donated to Non-Profit HIV Awareness Organizations that distribute them for Free throughout local communities. We DO NOT Resell Returned Products.
