Pay by Check, Money Order or Venmo

If you prefer alternative methods of payment, we offer 3 easy options:

1. Order by Mail

To place an order via mail, please download an order form by clicking here. Fill out the order form with product number(s) and/or name(s), and the quantity you wish to purchase. Make all checks or money orders payable to Go Live, Inc. and mail to:

Please note: Credit card information must be included on the fax order form to complete the purchase. 

2. Venmo

To submit your payment using the Venmo app, please follow these steps:

1. Select Venmo at checkout and place your order.

2. Save or print a copy of your order number before closing the window.

3. Open the Venmo app on your smartphone, and submit your payment to username @CondomDepot with your order number. 

Please note: your order number must be included in the Venmo transaction notes to process your payment. Once your Venmo payment is received, your order will ship. 

We accept personal checks; however, there is a 7 day grace period for checks to clear. There is a $20 fee for bounced checks. DO NOT SEND US CASH! WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR MERCHANDISE. To get a confirmation of your order being received and a shipping confirmation, a valid email address must be included. We can only accept checks that are imprinted with your name and address. Mail orders, either by check or by money order, can only be returned for store credit.
