UPDATE 7/19/17 - WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT BULK FC2 FEMALE CONDOMS ARE NOT FDA APPROVED AND CAN NOT BE SOLD VIA RETAIL STORES OR ECOMMERCE.
The FC2 is the first and only FDA-approved female condom for contraceptive purposes. The FC2 gives women the ability to control unintended pregnancies and the spread of STIs. One of the biggest differences between FC2 condoms and other female condoms is the ability to be inserted up to 8 hours before intercourse, making it a big advantage for staying safe during sex.
With the FC2, the male stays bare, making it great for men who are either too big or small, or uncomfortable in normal condoms. FC2 condoms are non-latex and are made from thin, soft, transparent nitrate polymer material. FC2 condoms come individually wrapped and pre-lubricated, but that doesn't mean you can't use additional lube before and after insertion.
The FC2 covers more outer areas of the labia than other barrier and female condom methods and it is more effective against the transmission of skin-to-skin STDs such as HSV and HPV than male condoms.
The FC2 Female CondomThe FC2 female condom is just one of the many ways to protect yourself from the risk of STIs and pregnancy during sex.
