• Please Triple Check Your Address.. Orders returned as undeliverable will be charged shipping for redelivery once the package is returned to us. This can take up to 14 days.

International Shipping Information

 CondomDepot.com offers its products across the globe. When placing an International order please understand that the order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. All international shipments are verified before shipping with either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

 

A few notes for a successful international delivery:

• Customer is responsible for "Taxes" or "Duty" and any Customs Fees due to your country.
• Customs will hold your order until you pay any Taxes due to your country.
• Orders Shipped to Canada will be labeled "Health Devices"
• Orders Shipped to the UK will be labeled "Condoms" There is NO VAT on condoms shipped to the United Kingdom
• All other countries will be labeled "Beauty Aids"
• WE DO NOT SHIP TO GHANA, NIGERIA, RUSSIA, or any Former USSR Country
• International Shipments take 1 day additional for order processing so if you order today your order will ship the Next Business Day.

Condom Depot Return Policy

 

Unlike some online stores, we will NOT re-sell any items that get returned to the Condom Depot.

All returned condoms are donated to local HIV awareness programs or destroyed. However, we strive for a great overall Shopping Experience and want to keep our customers happy. We are pleased to offer the following Satisfaction Guarantee.

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return all or part it to us within 30 Days for a Store Credit or Refund (Minus Shipping Fees)*.

 

In the event there is a mistake with your order, missing or damaged products, we will happily refund your original form of payment or reship your order.

 

*On quantities under 100 Condoms. Wholesale / Bulk Orders (Orders containing 100 or more condoms) can not be returned. In the event of a mistake with any Wholesale / Bulk orders, we will gladly refund your original payment method or reship the correct product.

 

Returns of Vibrating Toys / Massagers 
Due to FDA regulations, local health Codes, and most importantly the safety of our customers, all Sales for adult sex toys are Final. If you receive a defective product, or received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product for an Identical Working Unit or refund your purchase upon return. You must have the original packaging and you MUST visit our Customer Support Website Here > and Create a Ticket for return authorization.

Non-vibrating Toys / Massagers

We do accept returns for non-vibrating products. To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For the health and safety of our staff and customers, any product that has been opened will be immediately discarded and ineligible for a refund. All returns will be inspected on a weekly basis on Friday afternoons to prevent any cross contamination. 

To Return an Item:
You MUST visit our Customer Support Website Here > and Create a Ticket for return authorization. Without return authorization, your return will NOT be processed or refunded and it will be discarded. 

All items returned to CondomDepot are inspected and donated to Non-Profit HIV Awareness Organizations that distribute them for Free throughout local communities. We DO NOT Resell Returned Products.
