Unlike some online stores, we will NOT re-sell any items that get returned to the Condom Depot. All returned condoms are donated to local HIV awarness programs. We strive for a great overall Shopping Experience and want to keep our customers happy. We offer the following return policy...

If you are not happy with your order, you may return your order to us within 30 Days* for a Store Credit. The credit is for the original purchase price Minus Shipping Fees. We do NOT offer cash or credit card refunds.

We will quickly issue a Return Authorization # (RA#) and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.

YOU MUST CALL FOR AN RA# FIRST. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.

Please Note: All Custom Printed and Wholesale Sales Are Final. There are no returns on Custom Printed Condoms or on Cases of Condoms.

Returns of Vibrating Toys / Massagers - All Vibrating products are NON RETURNABLE due to FDA regulations and local health regulations. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will exchange your product for an Identical Working Unit. You must have the original packaging and you must call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA# are not accepted.
